Participants can't open jotform - says they have to log in

    I sent out a jotform to a number of people, but many of them have written saying they can't open the form. Below are some messages I received from them:


    It says that I have to log in through the Outlook Web App


    I clicked on the link to register for the retreat but its asking me for a username and password without an option to open an account.


    It's a Microsoft Outlook Web App.

    Did you send the form via email using the said app? If yes, probably, that is part of the security when using the said app. Please advice them to check and include the link to their safe and secure sites. OR, check your email settings and make sure authentications are disabled when using your form link.
