Hipaa compliant forms requiring a password

Is password required for hippa compliant forms? Im having a hard time transferring data to my EMR which is also hippa compliant. Its hard to save when emailed to our hippa compliant email. Is there a way to get rid of the password requirement?

I'm quite not sure what part of your forms are password-protected, I checked one of your forms and it did not require me to enter any password

If you are referring to the attached PDF in the email? Please take note that password for the PDF files are required, and there's no option to disable that on HIPAA accounts. However, if you will download the PDFs from your submission page, it should not require you to enter a password.
