It seems that one of the people that subscribed to my form (via the below site) did not receive any of my opt in emails.
Plus her details did not transfer over to my Mailchimp account as well but they are showing in my Jotform 'submissions' are.
I have just retested it by re-subscribing my own email address and it worked perfectly.
Can you tell me what has happened please?
