    to:

    As per your request, we have changed your username to abiasinidmsrl.

    Also, please note that custom URLs will no longer work once the username is changed, so if you are currently using any, you will need to set it up again: https://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form

    Very, very sorry…

    But nobody warned me before that, by doing this, it would have erased all of my running forms spread to respondents and loose all of my former ticket history (enclosed just the latest…).

    So please, IT IS MANDATORY TO IMMEDIATELY RESTORE EVERYTHING WITH THE ACCOUNT NAME ABLE TO LET ALL WORK: the links given to all our customers and manage collected data.

    I am running too much important Customer Satisfection Surveys.

    Thx for your help in solving (as quick as possible) such a problem.

    We understand your point. Your account username was changed back to abiasinidmhrm, the billing information was also changed back to your original username.

    But…

    While this form https://form.jotform.com/202473011008338 seems ok (from the whole survey management section with tables and relative data collected, to the web version available for respondents to be), the same doesn’t happen with this one https://form.jotform.com/202472684507357, working again just for respondents.

    Please note that THIS IS VERY THRILLING TO ME, BECAUSE I CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT IT (from answers’ check and download data to changes for any possible reason).

    Of course I wish also not to have lost any of my templates made (archived included too) and/or any collected data especially during our running Customer Satisfaction, which this afternoon had a very dramatic accidental stop with possible consequences to many respondents (with very few time for this activity) in filling a survey suddenly disappearing without any notice...

    Now, I at least hope that this is just a matter of some time deserved from web servers to align among themselves… I hope…

    Any case I will see further threads about this (very important!) issue on next Monday morning (CET): now I am leaving my office for the week-end.
