I have created a new form, when I copy the link and send the recipient needs to log in.

I have the public setting on so don't understand.

Also can you tell me how I can receive a copy of the completed form by PDF

    Thanks

    Hi,

You need to make sure you are sending the right link. To share your form with your target audience, you need to navigate to the "Publish" section in Form Builder. You can then copy the link to your form with the "Copy Link" button.

I moved your second question to another thread to avoid confusion: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2962430

Hope that helps with your problem. If you need further assistance, please reach out to us.

If I share my form using the link created (as usual - same suggestion that you posted), I am taken to My Modules page. My receiver are unable to complete the form. It seems that the form is not available. I have already checked the Privacy setting. If I use the email invitation, the form is displayed by the recipient.

    Hello @irvinsurace

Since your last question tackles another topic, I have moved it to a separate ticket.
