Mailchimp integration not working

    I integrated with Mailchimp but my data is not being sent. https://form.jotform.com/53644858292164

    Hi,

    I apologize for the inconvenience. I have checked the integration and it's set up correctly, but I was not able to replicate the issue.

    Please remove the integration and re-integrate your form with Mailchimp.

    Let us know if the issue persists.

    I tried cloning your form and replicate the field mapping you've done. After completing the integration, I've made a test submission and the data was sent successfully to my Mailchimp List: https://us20.admin.mailchimp.com/lists/members

    Can you share some screenshot/s of how your list appears now on your end?

    I can't seem to replicate the issue you're having.

    I just submitted your form, kindly go to Mailchimp and go to the Audience tab then click on the number of contacts you see on the screen:

    Let me know if my email appears on that page. If not, please remove the integration and reintegrate with MailChimp once again and see if that helps.

    Which required fields are you referring to? When you select PROSPECTIVE DONOR, only the phone number field shows below it:

    Also, what options are you referring to? Do you mean when you submit the form, the name/email is being sent to MailChimp but the other field values are not there? Note that you are using conditions to show/hide some fields. As mentioned, if the field is hidden, there is no way the user can add values to it, so when you submit the form, its corresponding field in MailChimp may be blank as well.

    What field type did you use for the ARE YOU A: field when you create the said group? It should be a checkbox:

    Please check how you set up that group and it should use a checkbox since you are using a checkbox in the Jotform form.

    Within the integration you should also add the field in the "Match your fields" section:
