I do not want automatic subscription

    Hello. I subscribed today a monthly pack, but I do not want automatic subscription.


    I need to do something to cancel automatic payment?

    What you will need to do in this case is you will need to downgrade your account before the next billing date. That way you can use the paid month and cancel before the renewal.

    To cancel your account, kindly perform the following:

    1. Go to your Jotform Profile option at the top right corner of the JotForm page.

    2. Go to your Account.

    3. From the Account page, go to Billing

    4. Here click on the Switch Plan to the Free Account option. 


    Alternatively you can contact us to assist you canceling the account prior to the billing date.
