I am trying to login to my account but when I sign in it says that it was successful but once I am directed to JotForms my forms are not there and it is asking me to sign in again. Can you help me with this problem? Thank you.

You are on our HIPAA platform. Can you try logging in directly through https://hipaa.jotform.com? The redirect may be related to the domain. Your account is active, so I see no reason why you can't.
