How do I remove Jotform from my emails sent to customers

    When i send emails they show sent from jotform. How do make it so it shows sent from my company.

    Hello,


    You can edit the "Thank You Page" and customize it on your end. To customize "Thank You Page", please follow the instruction below.


    1. In your "Form Builder", click "SETTINGS" at the top of the page and select "THANK YOU PAGE".
    2. Make sure "Show a Thank You Page After the Submission" is selected and edit the contents of "THANK YOU PAGE".

    You can also set up a redirection and redirect a form user to a different page upon submission as well. For more information on how to redirect to external link, please visit the following link.

    Hello again,


    I am sorry about the last response. You'd like to change the email contents rather than the contents of "Thank You Page". To edit the contents of emails, please go to SETTINGS << EMAILS and select "AUTORESPONDER EMAIL". You should be able to edit the contents of email in order to make it more professional.
