When you say 'copy my link and use my form', do you mean submit on your form or clone your form?
If you don't want just anyone else to submit on your form multiple times and use up your free submission allocation, you can opt to password protect your form to deter would be attackers. Inserting a captcha field will also lessen the chances of someone spamming on your form. You can also set your form to accept only unique submissions (ip address check).
Unfortunately there is no remedy if you are concerned about your form being copied by someobdy else. That is just the way the import form function works. Heck, the Form Builder can even copy forms that are not made with Jotform.
