Bug sign in and publish

    I am experiencing two issues with jotform.


    I have signed up with google account. everytime i click on sign in it returns to the same sign in page. Happens in chrome and opera. (only in EDGE, i am actually seeing the forms)


    First of all, the form builder keeps crashing and I keep losing the data, even though autosave shows it was saved.

    Second even if i publically publish my forms, the forms are not showing. I either get an error showing that the form is not available/jotform cant connect

    or it goes to the login page. this is extremely frustrating. I was looking forward to upgrading to the annual package, but even basic functionality is causing so many issues.

    I have another account that uses Google Sign-in to log into it. I tried logging in today but was not able to replicate the issue you mentioned.

    Could you please try clearing your browser's cache then log in again? See if it makes any difference.

    With regards to the form no being saved and published, I can only see one form on your account so I tried accessing it, and here's what appears on my end:


    The form only has about 13 pages/cards so I'm not sure why it crashes on your end. I cloned it and made some changes in the form builder, but still cannot replicate the issue:


    If clearing caches doesn't work for you, please try using a different network e.g. mobile data as the issue might be related your current network speed at that time.
