Creating a form

Sorry, I'm a little confused on this, why is there a monthly charge for forms? When I build a form, embed it to my website, that forms goes through your servers?

I'm not sure which monthly charge are you referring to. You are currently subscribed to our yearly bronze plan. I do not see any monthly subscription in your account.

Yes, the form is actually created/hosted on JotForm and only embedded on your website. The forms and their data are stored in our servers. For more details or form and data storage you can check our privacy policy on the link below.
