My forms were disabled due to excessive data.

    I've paired everything back, but I am still not seeing my forms. I have upgraded for this month to get us over the "hump", but how do I get our Form back on line. And quickly. Thanks again, Greg Saunders

    Hi Greg,

    Thank you for your message. I have checked your records in our member database and found out that you have (or had) a file upload size total of 967.32MB. This count will automatically be reset back to 0.00MB on the next cutoff date. Note that the submissions and file upload count will not be restored by deleting some of the past entries and older files, doing so will not make the Premium and Professional services useful. Our apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.

    As a friendly tip to avoid this incident from happening again, kindly monitor the number of submissions and file uploads regularly, or upgrade to either a Premium or Professional account if you anticipate bigger volume of data.
