Hi I am still having a problem with my new for submissions copying over to google drive.
As you can see it saves it in a different format so then will not sort the data into date range. I have contcated you a lot of times now with this problem and have tried everything that you have suggested but the only thing that works is to delete the connection and then re do it, it then puts the dates in correctly. why is it not doing it when a new submission is placed?

One of our engineers will look into the issue within a week or so. Can you use the Excel export for now?

Hello Ms. Deborah,
We have identified and fixed the problem : The dates were not converting to datetime format of google spreadsheets. You may now sort your data with the given dates, however you may also need to re-integrate the form.
All the best

I seem to have the same problem (sorry i post there too because this post is morer recent). The format of my sublission date is false (it stays mm/dd/yyy). My Preferences in the spreadshit and my accounts (google & jotform) are good (France and GMT+1 (Paris).
Do you konw how can i solve it ?

Kindly create a new thread so that we may be able to provide you further support. This is needed so that there is no confusion with what has been previously discussed, as we are working on one issue per thread. Thank you.
