Appointment Widget: "incomplete values" cant submit form

    hi,

    this form was working for about a day and a half but now if you try select a date and submit the form it says the date chooser was incomplete, ive tried to submit things myself to test and its coming up on multiple devices and broswers.


    i really need this fixes asap. please help
