Hello,
Everytime someone tries to submit a form, the attached shows.
Please fix this ASAP.
This is causing too many issues -

Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
This was due to the Daylight saving time change. The Dev team reported that the problem is fixed.
Kindly check the form again and let us know if you need further assistance

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I have cleared your form cache from here and tried to submit the form, it seems to work as expected. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists, we will escalate it to our backend team.
We will wait for your response.
