How to add different brochures as PDF attachement to email submissions

So here's what I'm trying to do,

We have sales reps sending quotes to customers. The sales reps fill out the information on the form and when they complete the form the customer receives it as a PDF quote attached to his email.

The thing is we have different products and would like to attach the PDF brochures of these products to the email that the customer is going to receive.

Let's say I have 8 different products with 8 different PDF brochures, I'd want the customer to receive a certain PDF brochure attached to his email depending on which product the sales rep has quoted using conditional logic. If a sales rep quotes the product #7 the customer would receive the PDF brochure for our product #7 attached to his email.

I don't want to use the "upload file" field because not every sales rep keeps the updated PDF brochures in their files. I also don't want to make a different form for each type of products that we sell.

Maybe adding a link in the email sent to the customer to a hosted PDF file on our company website could work but I'd rather not go this way and have the brochure attached to the email if possible.

Hi mikaeldorval, thank you for reaching back to us.

Have you tried out change the e-mail recipient conditional logic feature? The feature will allow you to send emails based on the user's answer. If you haven't, kindly refer to the following guide for detailed steps: How to Send Email Based on User's Answer.

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
