Appointment : sign up for team or multiple attendees on same submission

Is there any possible way / tool / feature in JotForm that can allow my wish to happen? You know, in convenience, they usually have someone sign up for the whole team.
If there is no way to do that, I think you guys should create one, because it's very much needed for businesses with limited space.

On further checking, I think this is possible already. You just need to use another field to list down all the attendees.

Example using field/widget that allow multiple entries. On this test form I used the Configurable List widget.
