Export Download Missing

    Dear Jotform, we would like to report missing export of attachments on our table. We have tried multiple times and we have not yet received an email for the exported folder as stated in this screenshot.

    Please advise as we have deleted our entries in the database thinking we had backup on our email.

    Thank you for reaching support,

    I was able to replicate the issue, I was able to download but it did not send the file into my email.

    I will forward this to our backend team for further investigation, they will be responding to this support ticket if they have any updates.
