PDF attachments are not received.

    when a form is filled up by someone, they do not receive any invoice even when under the settings, it is stated that they will receive an invoice. the user of jotform (us) is unable to receive the invoice as well via the email when i have checked the box that say that an attachment will be sent

    Can you please try to disable PDF attachments, save the changes, clear the form cache, and enable attachments again? You can click here to see how to clear form cache.
