Jotform Form Builder : Separating name and surname from Full Name element to use in Conditions

Is is possible to use the "update/calculate field" condition to auto fill, either from or to, the "Full Name" form element?

We would like to have both the "Full Name" element in the form as well as text boxes for "first name", "middle name" etc as we need both types for different integrations we have planned.

To save clients having to fill in the same information twice, we would like to set a condition to autofill the other form element (and hide it on the form) however we can't see a way of setting a condition where there is more than 1 field within a form element (as is the case with the "Full Name" form element).

    Many thanks

    Hello Daniel,

I'm afraid obtaining separate data from "Full Name" element be used separate "Name" and "Surname" textboxes is not possible. In addition to this, copying from "Name" textbox and "Surname" textbox and merging onto "Full Name" element is not possible as well.

However, you can copy both fields from "Full Name" element onto another single textbox.

It is demonstrated on this thread: Conditions: Ability to copy the first name & last name separately into specific fields

    I hope this workaround helps.
