    The form from your screenshot is located on the account FinReg. This account was overlimit because of the submissions limit and upload space limit.

    Was the previous subscribed account cancelled due to lack of payment? Can you tell me what “plan” that subscribed account was?

    If you did not downgrade, then we were unable to collect the payment. Maybe your credit card expired.

    You previously had a Bronze yearly plan.
