Why is appointment time changing by 1 hour when scheduling?

    People are submitting my form but the appointment time is off 1 hour. Daylight savings time?

    time zone is correct. if someone choses 10:50 on the calendar, it reserves them 9:50.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We had an issue that appointment field is receiving submission with 1 hour time difference. Our developers looked into this issue and appointment field is currently working correctly on our end. If your appointment field is not receiving correct time slot from users, please try to clear browser cache to see if that would fix the issue.

    As for the received submission with incorrect time slot, please kindly try to edit the time slot manually. To edit the submissions, please go to Jotform Table and click "3 dots icon" and select "Edit Entry".
