Create my own templates / use my old templates

Hello,

I recently switched to jotforms and was previously using google forms with form publisher. I am used to creating my forms in google forms and then having the data form the forms saved to a template that I create. I thought I would be able to do the same with Jotforms but am finding the templates tedious - I want to create my own templates / use my old templates and I am not finding an easy way to do this. I am starting to get frustrated and would like to know if you have someone who can walk me through your system and if not, if I can cancel my subscription and get a refund since this does not seem to be working as I thought it would.

Please let me know what my options are.
