    Hi

I have seen that some users have been having problems with the appointment widget because of daylight saving. I wanted to highlight that this issue is still ongoing and has only partially been solved.

If you look at the form here: https://eu.jotform.com/build/210674466335054

We have a range of appointments scheduled across different timezones scheduled the week commencing the 26 April. By this time, London and Europe will also be in daylights saving. This means that London will be GMT +1,, *not* GMT. However the form is showing London as being as GMT.

To give another example - by the 26 April, the difference between London and New York will be -5 hours. However, the form actually calculates it at -4 hours.

It says that daylight savings calculates automatically, but clearly it does not. This means that we are having most appointments booked incorrectly.

Can you do anything to fix?

    Sarah

Just to make it clear. As you can see, the appointment below shows an appointment at 1pm in London....

If you change the time to New York time, it shows at 9am.

However, as this screenshot shows, that is incorrect. A 1pm appointment would actually be 8am in New York

    Greetings,

I tested the appointment field and I'm getting the same behavior, it looks like the said timezones are not being updated to use DST.

Let me forward this to our devs so they can further check the issue. We'll keep you posted via this ticket for any updates.

    Thank you.
