I am again not receiving submission email.

    No email notifications

    This happened a few days ago, Support had fixed it But not its happening again.  I don’t get Email notifications.

     

    Please Help.

    Hello ryuval,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    Upon checking both your form, I did not find any issue with the notification configuration. You should receive your submission emails. I did a quick check on for email server log and it confirms that emails are being sent successfully. Please see the logs here:

    Have you checked your spam folder already? I have cleared your form cache and sent you a test submission. Could you please confirm if you have received the submission email or not?

    As you have used "noreply@jotform.com" as your sender email, I would suggest you to white list the following domains:

    jotform.com

    email.amazonses.com

    amazonses.com

    jotform.co

    secure.jotform.co

    s3.amazonaws.com  

    static-interlogyllc.netdna-ssl.com
