    Good Afternoon,

If I add the Stripe widget to our forms and have our stripe acct synced, where does the cc info go in Stripe for us to charge client cards at a later time manually in Stripe?

    Thank you in advance!

If you want to charge users at a later date, make sure that you disable Charge Customers Immediately setting within the Stripe integration setup.

With this, you can then go to your Stripe dashboard and search in the Customer's section to create a manual charge.

Is there a way to get the link from Jotform to create a user profile in our Stripe account automatically if they are entering their info in Jotform to charge later manually?

Is this still secure and HIPAA compliant since we are using the HIPAA compliant level?

Can you please clarify what link are you referring to?

Please note that if you enable payment authorization, there will be a link within your submissions page to collect the payment.

However, if you intend to collect a different amount than the one set on their submission, you will have to do that within Stripe's dashboard.

As for HIPAA, we only pass payment details to Stripe, we do not pass any other data.

thank you, we intend to charge at a later time since all copays are different.

does it transfer cc numbers only or client name too?

By default, the Stripe field will get all CC details supplied on the payment field (the one highlighted in the left).

However, if you enable Ask Billing Information to Customer, then the system will pass those data (highlighted on the right) to Stripe as well.
