Captcha: remove captcha after submitting form- Please whitelist username.

    Hi there. When our users are trying to submit out form, "BTL Application" they are being asked to complete a captcha challenge. We do not have an captcha set up for this form. We have read on the support forums that this could mean that support needs to whitelist our username (per https://www.jotform.com/answers/2732305-remove-captcha-verification-after-submitting-the-form). Can you please do this for us, so our users can simply submit the form? Thanks!

    Let me escalate this ticket to our back-end team so that they can whitelist your username to remove the captcha.

    Once there is an update we will let you know via this ticket.

    Hi, I still have the problem. Only now they are seeing a grphic with bridges or cars and we had to switch off Jotform since it was affecting our business.

    Is there anything else we can do? It was totally unworkable.

    We are sorry that it did not work well on your end. May I also confirm that recaptcha still shows up after clearing browser cache? If it does not work after clearing browser cache, please let us know what kind of internet connection your form users are using such as the company's internet connection, WiFi, mobile phone signal, or Public WiFi. If they are all using the same IP address, we could also whitelist your IP address as well.
