Hi we are in event management and looking for a 'kiosk' type form that can be displayed on a tablet for the purpose of gathering information from the public.

    2 questions:

    1. Your video about kiosk forms says its one form per device.
We would like to have the same form on multiple devices. Is this possible?
    2. How is the data stored? We would like to retrieve it in Excel format. How easy is it to do this?

    Many thanks

    kind regards Peter Burns

    Hello,

    1) Your video about kiosk forms says its one form per device. We would like to have the same form on multiple devices. Is this possible?

Yes, this is possible. You can log in on your JotForm account on multiple devices and set the same form in Kiosk mode: How-to-use-kiosk-mode-in-JotForm-mobile-forms

    2) How is the data stored? We would like to retrieve it in Excel format. How easy is it to do this?

All the data collected is stored on the Tables page: How-to-view-form-submissions

Then you can either download the submissions in Excel format or integrate your form to Google Sheets to view the submissions in real-time. Please refer to these detailed guides:

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.
