Having trouble with Jotforms not coming through to my email address.

    I seem to be having trouble with a Jotform sporadically coming through to my email. I would like every submission made, to be sent through to my email for reference.

    I can confirm that I have assigned my email address through: Settings>Emails>Recipients on the specific Jotform I am working with. In fact, there are 2 email addresses in this section, one email seems to be receiving all copies, where as my direct email (the second recipient email) only seems to be receiving sporadically.

    I have provided the URL corresponding to the Jotform that I would like sent to my email hr@outridgesiga.com.au for each submission.

    Kindly check your Spam/Junk folder in case some of the emails are flagged by your email service provider or by your account's settings/filter.
