So have chosen to make a public key to encrypt the data. when i chose that it asked to enter a password and confirm it, I did, then it asked to enter the public key- which was already saved onit. entered it.
then how do i retrieve the data on the form- when a form was submitted- i tried to open the form- it asked for a private key to upload- i dont have it since i did a public key- been trying to find one for the public key- i tried the one that said for unix- did not work.
so i turned off the encryption on all the forms.
how do i retrieve the form that was encrypted w/ public key
thank you

Greetings,
The data can only be retrieved by using the key that was created when you enabled the encryption. Unfortunately, we do not get a copy of it. If you do not have that key then the data can not be retrieved.
You may check the guide below for more details.
