Can you please tell me how to update our User Name?

If you wish to update your username, please let us know which one you wish to use, and we will update it for you. Note that you can only use numbers, letters, and underscores.

Also, have in mind that updating your username will reset form URLs. If you created a custom URL, it will reset to the default number value, and you will need to update each one manually. URLs with your old username won't be active anymore.

I just need to clarify this. Most of the forms currently in use are not custom URLs. If we change our User Name - will these non-custom URLs be impacted?

No, the original form URL will stay the same. Only the custom form URLs will reset back to the default/original URL. There's no need to worry if custom form URLs are not used.
