I can login to my account and change my eisting forms but I cannot use the Field Populator App. It keeps prompting me to login again. When I type in my user name and account, it is not accepted. What am I doing wrong? I used it successfully before but today it doesn't work.

I checked the mentioned app, and it works just fine here. I am able to login just fine and generate a form URL.
Please try to clear your browsers cache and cookies or try it with different browsers to check.
