How to Eliminate Auto Spam Query on Form During Submission

Hi JotForm Support,

How we can eliminate auto spam query on the form during form submission?

We are facing this on one of our form here: https://form.jotform.me/ptis/gatecperawang

Also please advise if we can whitelist our IP address so that not only this one form will be exclude to that auto spam query but to all our forms hosted on our JotForm.

Hello, may we know if the form is used on a single IP address or in an office setting?

If you have another network, you may try using that to fill your form and let us know if the issue still remains.
