    Hi support team!

Is there a way to autopopulate values in the form based off a table or list?

I want to select "company a" from a drop down list and for "name", "address" "email" address to be autopopulated in the form with predefined values.

    Thanks,

    Anthony.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to fill the options of the dropdown from an external source.

You may want to use the Spreadsheet to Form widget. The widget enables you to upload an excel file that includes all the options. It acts like an auto-fill or like querying a database using a unique code.

For information on how to use it, please check out our guide - How-to-Use-the-Spreadsheet-to-Form-Widget

If you think that the widget does not meet your criteria, you would have to enter the data in the drop-down options manually. You cannot connect the form to the database to get the value.

Please let us know if you have more questions.

    Best.
