trouble with conditionsAsked by beatitou on November 30, 2013 at 11:16 AM
Can you help me the conditions
I would like to arrive on the page with only the option "Vous souhaitez réserver pour"
and I cannot get rid of REFERENCE DE VOTRE BILLET CADEAU.
The other conditions worked well. The trouble is only on the welcome page when it is empty.
thanks for your help again ....
Ok i make a mistake. the page appearing is ok then troubles arrives.
1- when the page open: I want "vous souhaitez réserver pour" to show
2- If I click "1 person"
show "VOTRE SAUT"
and if VOTRE SAUT is egal to "est réglé et vous avez un billet cadeau"
then show the "référence de votre billet cadeau"
Then you get redirected to one website (this seems last point works ok)
3- if I click Vous souhaitez réserver pour 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 persons
I want nothing to appear, just to redirect on another form.
I try it on every sense and got crazy at it but can't do it!!!!
So, you would like to immediately redirect the user to another web URL if a condition happens? I don't think we have such a condition but if you would like we can open a feature request.
actually you have but i can't find the good logic to settle the conditions
I think the problem might be that you are trying to do too much at once. Why don't you go one by one. Let's just add a single condition. What would be the single condition you want to add now?
For example, if you would like a field to show up by default you should not have a "show this field if..." widget. Instead you should have a "hide this field if.." widget. If you create a "show" condition that means by default the field should be invisible and only it should become visible when the condition matches.
Let's do one at a time. Remove all conditions that does not work. And then tell us a single logic you would like to add to the form. Then, we go from there.
thank you...you open my eyes...it work all good now...i was trying to do it to difficult I guess.
