Hello,
I am having issues when I have someone upload a resume to my JotForm. Whenever I click on it to review, it is taking to a page saying that it will not load. This has been the case on about 4 different responses in a row and was hoping we could resolve it.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. The issue you are experiencing could be due to the Privacy Settings of your account.
That option can be found on the settings page of your account — https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
Please make sure that you are completely logged into your account on the same browser you are accessing the uploaded files on your form(s).
Otherwise, you will get an error trying to view/access them.
