Good morning,
My name is Kayla Moore. I recently published a form and received payment for for my service through paypal, but I never got the submission notification via email or customer answers in my Jotform dashboard. Can you assist me with getting this information or will my customer have to resubmit it?

Hi,
The submissions are appearing in your account's pending payments.
Please enable IPN in your PayPal settings:

I believe that should fix the issue.
