I wanted to create a form for job application for healthcare workers

I saw a website that has a form that I wanted to use. I see they used you to design the online form. Can I get more information about it? The form belongs to our Enterprise user. They owned the form, and I don't think you can clone it. You can try by following the steps from the below guide:

If the clone wouldn't work, you can re-create it. The same fields are available in our regular JotForm platform builder.
