Changes to free account monthly submissions limit?

Hi, we currently have a free account that we use for some higher ed forms. Today we received an email saying we have reached our maximum number of monthly submissions, and that we need to pay.

When we signed up we thought it said that a free account would get up to 500 admissions a month. Is the change new? or did we just misread it?

Hi, a free account can receive up to 100 submissions per month. The 500 submissions is the total storage. A free account can store up to 500 submissions, when that limit is reached, the system will delete the oldest submission in the account to allocate the new submission.
