URGENT RESERVATIONS ON UNEXISTING SLOTS

    I have a reservation form and since monday (when the US changed daylight savings time) I have been having reservations in the correct slot and additional reservations 1 hour earlier.


    For example, this submission Id: 4916215967715862061. Is on a 19:00 to 20.30 slot and there is no such slot available on the webpage.

    Our apologies for the inconvenience.

    We indeed had an issue on the appointment field when US changed to DST but it was already resolved.

    Unfortunately, between the time the daylight saving update and our fix, submissions were incorrect.

    You may manually update these records instead.
