Can you please try using your google account? it worked right on my end. Clearing your browser's cache and cookies should also work

Using my google account, in what way?
My colleague must have meant using google browser.
I did check and test on my end, and the Box integration seems to be fine at this time.
From what have gather so far, the only means for the authentication to fail, is if the required credentials are not correct.
Below are the images when I tested and was able to authenticate and integrate to Box.com properly.
Can please try again. If available, you should also try using Google browser.
