How can conditions be used with products?

Asked by excelljet on December 01, 2013 at 12:48 PM

I've created a password fied. Each user of the form will have a different password. I need to create a condition that if a certain password is entered only one product is available for them to select using the payment tools.

    For example:

If password - is equal to - 12345 - then hide - product one

If password - is euqal to - 54321 - then hide - product two

Right now when i try to do this I can only select "hide product" I can't choose to hide product one or product two, just the entire thing.

Is there a way around this or something I'm not doing correctly?

    Hi,

As you have found out already, you cannot extract or break the My Product field base on condition rules.

Howvever, you can do use the My Products field to create condition base on what was selected on the chosen product/item. This is limited to the multiple product field in Purchase Order tool and Paypal only.

    Example:

If My Product is equal to product1

    Then SHOW textbox

    Thanks.
