Filled PDF not sending as email attachment

    Hi, I'm using a a form which fills out a pdf that is supposed to be sent out as an attachment to every email notifications. For some reasons that I don't know the last form submitted didn't send the filled pdf in the email as an attachment. I need to find this PDF now but I don't know where to look and I don't want this happening again.

    I have checked and cloned your form, and I can see that it is configured correctly to send the original PDF form as an attachment on the email notification. I have also made a test submission on the cloned version, and I was able to receive the attachment:


    May we request for the submission ID wherein you didn't receive the attachment on the email notification? For reference: where-to-find-the-submission-id to take a closer look at the issue? If the form is also embedded on a website, please provide us the URL where it located, and can we make a test submission and use your form to investigate it further?

    This is the submission ID: 4917469194412401615. The PDF was sent on the first submission but it didn’t in the edited notification email. The edited notification email with the edited PDF is the most important for us.

    Kindly note that I've checked your form settings and didn't replicate the issue on a cloned form.

    Can you please authorize us to test-submit your form so we can further investigate?
