Please review my account to see if I will meet the requirements of a free account with the current status and forms created?

Yes, your current limits are safe for downgrade to a free account. Would you like us to cancel your subscription and switched your account to free? Let us know.
You should be able to continue with the free account without any loss of data and forms. It shouldn't be a problem.
