    This is not a browser issue. I have used three different browsers and two different logins and this problem persists.

    Please resolve asap.

    Regarding your login problem, are you using any VPN service?

    Also, make sure that you're accessing the JotForm site using the https://eu.jotform.com domain as you're using our EU servers. 

    Regarding the form problem, I currently see only one form under your account, i.e. https://eu.jotform.com/form/210703363085045 and it is working fine at my end. Please paste us the exact URL with which you're facing these issues.
