Barcode no longer showing on email submissions

We are using the free version of jotform. On the email setup form, we put the barcode in the description so when we print the email form it shows and we can scan the order into our system. We have been doing this for a couple of years. We just got an email submission and the barcodes are no longer showing. it just has a box there. Has anything changed? Thanks

    Hi,

thank you for reaching out to us.

Can you please give us more information on this? I cannot see a barcode field on your form. Do you copy-paste it into the comment field as an image? Which is the "description" in this case?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hello,

I check your form and the email setting, but I didn't find a bar code.

Please provide us with the screenshot, you can upload the screenshot directly here https://www.jotform.com/answers/2974041.

    Hello southeastelectrical,

I am able to see the broken links in you Email Content. However when I try to open them in a browser, cloudflare delivers a recaptcha to ask if I'm human. It appears cloudflare believes the traffic from these images is generated by bots, and is not allowing them to show up any more. It does seem that after completing the captcha once, the images are appearing for me.

Cloudflare claims that after 48 hours of reduced suspicious activity, the captcha will be disabled.

Unfortunately, We can't do more to assist you with this issue as it appears to be generated by your website provider.

Please contact cloudflare or your website provider for more assistance.

    Thank you for understanding.

    Hi,

Upon checking, the barcode URLs have CAPTCHA, so they appear broken when displayed using an IMG tag.

Your barcodes are generated by https://www.barcodesinc.com/ so you'd have to contact their Support.

Alternatively, you can visit each of your barcode links, complete the CAPTCHA challenge, download the generated barcode image, and upload it to your email template.

If you have further questions, please feel free to contact us.
