We have NOT updated our JotForm or our website but our clients are now receiving "Incomplete Values" error messages on their application forms although all of the questions are properly answered and the fields are properly completed.
Not sure what is causing this "Incomplete Values" error message? Has there been an update? How can this be rectified?

There was a temporary glitch that caused the problem, but we have been informed that it's been fixed.
Can you please confirm to us that this is not happening anymore in your side?
