Hello! We currently have a BRONZE subscription, and have 10 GB of data.
I have gone through and downloaded data and deleted half of the submissions I don't need anymore, however it did not grant me more space. I am unable to see "deleted" files to "permanently delete" them and I am at a loss.

If you have deleted submissions with files attached to them, make sure to delete them in the Trashed Entries too. It would only reflect in your upload space counter after they are deleted in the Trash.
