I have a client that wanted to schedule for 2:45 which was the only time available. it would not let him select it once he finished the questionairre on line. . I need to go back to the day and time to put him in that spot for his second dose appointment

You may consider clicking on three dots of the mentioned submission in your Tables, then click on Edit Entry. After that, you can change the appointment hour.
